Team LEDERSOUL can create, modify or update any information related to content, product images, description, prices or any other such information at its webpage without any prior notification. This also comprises the alteration of content after order placement. However, in such scenario if the buyer is not satisfied with the product received he/she is liable to the return the product (as per Returns and Exchange policy of Ledersoul).

Online Shopping

It is our topmost priority to ensure that all the product details, prices, product images and information about the product on the website are updated, correct and relevant. Our quality team makes every effort possible to ensure that the product on the website is as close as the product that you will receive. This includes every single detail including color, appearance, texture or even minor detailing of our products. However, the quality of the image also depends upon your monitor and system specifications. Due to this reason we are unable to guarantee that the product pictures that you see are as per the real product. But we do ensure that you get the best product.

Order Process

Every order placed on our website is subject to approval as per the below Terms and Conditions.

Your purchase order only constitutes to purchase the good from us, and has no form of any legal binding and contract until accepted from our end. In case of your order is for more than a single product, your order comprises of a series of offers for every product individually. Upon receiving your order, an acknowledgment email would be send to you from our end to the email address as provided. It would contain all your information that you have provided, including your order number, details of the goods and a delivery estimate.

LEDERSOUL also reserves the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acknowledging the order. In case of a product being unavailable the details would be included in the email. The unavailable product`s terms would not be included in the contract for products being dispatched. The charges for delivery would depend upon the address for delivery and would be displayed in the order process.

No Waiver

In case of any breach of the above terms and conditions and if we take no action against you, still we are entitled to use our rights in any other situation where you breach the above terms.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

All the terms and conditions including policies and procedures are governed and interpreted in accordance with the United Arab Emirates laws and regulations and its relevant courts. However, these laws are in line with the United Kingdom and United States of America laws. In case of any unlikely event of a mutually unsolved dispute between the buyer and Super Leather Shop, both the parties agree that either can refer any kind of dispute arising due to, or in connection to the above Terms and Conditions  to settle through binding mediation.
